The Details
Pricing & Pickup
Pricing
- All custom orders are priced individually based on design, size, and details.
Payment
- 50% deposit required to confirm your order.
- Remaining 50% is due before pick up.
- If payment isn't made by the requested date, your cake is not confirmed.
- Accepted: Cash or E-transfer.
Pickup
- Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. A 30-minute grace period is allowed.
- If you are running late, kindly message us as soon as possible.
- Orders not picked up within 1 hour with no communication will be considered a no-show and the deposit will be forfeited.
Delivery
- Available for a fee.
- Send us your address for a delivery estimate.
Keep It Fresh
Cake Care Guide
A few simple tips to keep your cake looking and tasting its best from pickup to the last slice.
Pick the cake box up and carry from the bottom only, to avoid damage.
Transport in an air-conditioned vehicle, away from loose objects.
Keep the cake level at all times, including refrigeration & transport.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge, away from heat & moisture.
Remove from the fridge 1–2 hours before serving to reach room temperature.
Display on a sturdy cake stand at least the size of the bottom tier's board.
Remove all of the cake's decorations prior to slicing & serving.
Store leftover cake in an airtight container in the fridge & enjoy within 3 days.
